Anibar International Animation Festival is the only animation festival in Peja, Kosovo gathering everyone at one of the biggest cultural events in the country, as well as one of the biggest gatherings of the animation industry in the region. The festival has evolved throughout these years and contributed to the initiation and development of the animation industry in Kosovo as well as showcasing the latest productions from the world. I loved this festival! Locations were amazing, people really friendly and loads of great animators with their animations. Going to try and go next year!
Amazing festival. It was an honour to be selected and it was 100% worth attending. All of the screenings had great atmospheres and the networking events are incredibly good at connecting people. I had absolutely no criticisms at all and hope to be able to attend again in the future.
They set the controls for the heart of the sun.
Thank you for including my film in your amazing festival. It was an incredible honor.
A festival that no animator should miss!
FilmFreeway reviews are filmmaker opinions, not our score. Cross-check red flags before paying fees.
Live web research is off to control API cost. This shows cached scheduled research when available, plus analysis from our database.
Hard research (cheap model + thorough prompt) runs on a cron for suspicious festivals; a biweekly job refreshes others. No live API calls from the site.
Scores are calculated from structural indicators: accreditations, physical screenings, award category count, submission frequency, and acceptance rate. Higher scores reflect more verifiable legitimacy signals.
