Verified evidence can change a tier, but it is weighed alongside every other flag on the listing — accreditation, screenings, fees, community reports, and the rest of our score. A single claim never overrides the full picture. Scores run 0–100 and map to Tier A, B, C, or Warning.
If you document new evidence (for example proof of in-person screenings), we can re-review the listing's score and tier, weighed alongside every other flag already on the record.
