Aspen Filmfest
Established legitimate festival
Aspen Filmfest is Aspen Film’s premier fall festival and a long-running, noncompetitive showcase of independent cinema founded in 1979. It is known for presenting thought-provoking films from around the world—especially documentaries, arthouse, foreign-language, comedy, and other independent features—at the historic Aspen Isis Theatre, with panels and filmmaker conversations that emphasize discovery and community.[1][2][4]

Hard research (cheap model + thorough prompt) runs on a cron for suspicious festivals; a biweekly job refreshes others. No live API calls from the site.
