Thank you for your selection of “Ocean of Dreams”! I really appreciate it.
I would like to express my deep gratitude to FINDECOIN – International Independent Short and Feature Film Festival – for selecting my film, An Anatolian Song Bir Anadolu Türküsü, and including it in their program. The films I make are, in a way, a reflection of myself. My mirror, in which I see and recognize myself. Different civilizations also find themselves reflected in this mirror… They see themselves there… And it is no coincidence that the film has been selected and awarded prizes at numerous festivals, or reached the finals in other Latin American countries subjected to the exploitation of extremely brutal industrial agriculture by capital, such as Argentina, Peru, Paraguay, Uruguay, Mexico, and India… And the film continues its journey… I am convinced that cinema is a bridge to a better world, a place where societies meet, a vehicle for a culture of friendship, that it paves the way for mutual understanding and universal brotherhood between societies, and that it plays an active role in raising public awareness of the environment and nature… I consider cinema first and foremost as an art and filmmakers as artists. Just as a painter creates paintings, we filmmakers create films from images. I extend my warmest greetings to the Venezuelan people.
The festival organizing committee maintained excellent communication. Congratulations!
I’m truly grateful to the Finedcoin Film Festival for honoring Return: Saving Turtles with Best Documentary Short Film. You can tell there’s real effort behind the festival—the organization, attention to detail, and especially the communication were outstanding throughout the entire process. It made the experience smooth and genuinely enjoyable. Thank you for the work you do to support independent filmmakers and meaningful stories.
Amazing festival, a fantastic opportunity for us to have our short film screened. Thank you!
FilmFreeway reviews are filmmaker opinions, not our score. Cross-check red flags before paying fees.
Live web research is off to control API cost. This shows cached scheduled research when available, plus analysis from our database.
Hard research (cheap model + thorough prompt) runs on a cron for suspicious festivals; a biweekly job refreshes others. No live API calls from the site.
Scores are calculated from structural indicators: accreditations, physical screenings, award category count, submission frequency, and acceptance rate. Higher scores reflect more verifiable legitimacy signals.
