A wonderful old hollywood style film festival in the historic Chinese Theater complex in the heart of Hollywood. Very glamorous, red carpet step and repeat. Featuring the best of cinema from around the world. A great opportunity to mingle with fellow artists. Thank you Peter Greene for recognizing the excellence of our short musical film "Grandpa's Got A Brand New Pill." Our entire team is inspired to make more art.
Yet another great experience by Peter and his team. Thanks for the recognition.
So happy to be a part of this year's Silicon Beach FF! Thanks to Peter and the entire team for including our film Burning The Old Man as a part of the line up! The communication was terrific; we received a phone call notifying that we had been selected, which added a wonderful personal touch. We were bummed not to be able to attend in person, would have loved to participate in person at such a terrific venue. Thanks again!
What a wonderful experience! The Silicon Beach Film Festival was the first to accept my film, and Mr. Peter Greene was very gracious and patient walking me through the process, given I'm an old guy and a media dummy. Mr. Greene and everyone else involved in the Festival made me feel welcome and special. It was, literally, a red carpet treatment. Thank you Peter, and everyone else, for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Sincerely, Gary Kyriazi, Director, "Save The Wood Coaster"
Wow! Just wow! We were able to show our movie in the most well known theatre in the world: the TCL Chinese Theatres! We are so honored! Awesome festival and awesome ceremony! See you again soon!
FilmFreeway reviews are filmmaker opinions, not our score. Cross-check red flags before paying fees.
Live web research is off to control API cost. This shows cached scheduled research when available, plus analysis from our database.
Hard research (cheap model + thorough prompt) runs on a cron for suspicious festivals; a biweekly job refreshes others. No live API calls from the site.
Scores are calculated from structural indicators: accreditations, physical screenings, award category count, submission frequency, and acceptance rate. Higher scores reflect more verifiable legitimacy signals.
