I am honored to receive "Official Selection" honors from the Los Angeles International Screenplay Awards - Diversity Initiative for my television pilot script, FREEWILL: How I Woke Up Dead and receiving Quarter-Finalist honors for my pilot script, MIMICS: I Am Somebody. As an independent writer, having my work recognized by an organization that values creativity and diverse narratives is both motivating and validating. I am grateful to them for creating opportunities that help writers gain visibility and encouragement in a highly competitive industry. I highly recommend this competition to any screenwriter seeking a respected platform that celebrates excellence, inclusion, and powerful storytelling.
