Overview
The Madrese International Short Film Festival is a Tehran-based youth short film festival founded in 2013 by teachers and artists to encourage the artistic development of students. It is notable for focusing on films made by students under 19 and has grown into one of Iran’s largest student film festivals, giving young filmmakers a platform to develop and present their work nationally and internationally.[1][2][3] It showcases short fiction, animation, and documentary films, and is significant in the festival circuit as a dedicated showcase for emerging student talent rather than a general short-film event.[1][2]

Live web research is off to control API cost. This shows cached scheduled research when available, plus analysis from our database.
Hard research (cheap model + thorough prompt) runs on a cron for suspicious festivals; a biweekly job refreshes others. No live API calls from the site.
