Enjoyed our festival experience was well worth the entry fee. Communication was excellent and helpful. Overall a worth while festival.
Great experience -- got to watch my short "The Green Chile Bagel" screened to a full house. Communication was great and the festival was well-organized. Thanks to Gene and the rest of the organizers!
It is a thrill to be a part of the Mindfield Film Festival in Albuquerque! Thank you for recognizing our film, You Come Calling, with your bi- monthly award for music videos. Our whole team is honoured to be recognized at a festival that values independent, alternative film making! Thank you so much from the cast, crew and creators of You Come Calling! Sincerely, Sue Smith, Producer & Tessa Fleming, Director
We are so honored and thankful to be a part of the Mindfield Film Festival. Gene and Aaron were professional, kind, and supportive. It meant the world to me that 3 generations of my family were able to attend.
Many thanks for selecting my project 'Checked Bags' for the Jul-Aug 2023 season. Also very grateful to have received BEST EXPERIMENTAL SHORT - DIAMOND AWARD and BEST EDITING - DIAMOND AWARD as well! This is one of those festivals that posts on their socials during events and has outstanding communication throughout. I highly recommend submitting your project!
FilmFreeway reviews are filmmaker opinions, not our score. Cross-check red flags before paying fees.
Live web research is off to control API cost. This shows cached scheduled research when available, plus analysis from our database.
Hard research (cheap model + thorough prompt) runs on a cron for suspicious festivals; a biweekly job refreshes others. No live API calls from the site.
Scores are calculated from structural indicators: accreditations, physical screenings, award category count, submission frequency, and acceptance rate. Higher scores reflect more verifiable legitimacy signals.
