Miradas a través del tiempo es el Festival Internacional de Cine sobre Envejecimiento de Montevideo, organizado por el Centro Interdisciplinario de Envejecimiento de la Universidad de la República junto con el Cine Universitario del Uruguay. Es notable por ser el primer festival en América Latina centrado en el envejecimiento como eje temático y por usar el cine para debatir sobre vejez, derechos, memoria, generaciones y el paso del tiempo, combinando proyecciones, charlas y actividades académicas.
