Overview
Norgs International Independent Festival (NIIF) is an international independent film festival based in Isfahan, Iran, that presents itself as a platform for filmmakers and other artists from around the world to gain recognition. It is notable for its broad, cross-arts scope and for screening both feature and short films, including fiction, documentary, animation, and music videos, with an emphasis on independent work and social themes such as human rights and women’s issues. Its significance lies in providing an international showcase for emerging and independent voices, though the available evidence suggests it is a newer, smaller festival rather than a major long-established event in the global circuit.
