Thank you for selecting "Abadai". It was great to have its International Premiere at your festival. Looking forward to cooperating with you again.
We had a fantastic time at North Fork TV Fest! We had one of the winning pilots there this year (Typical Dan Peterson Stuff), met a bunch of great creators and up -and-comers, and really enjoyed all the events the fest put together. Two amazing dinners as well! Greenport was beautiful, and I look forward to getting back there again!
The fact that this festival is so niche and fully focused on television made it, by far, my favorite festival experience to date. And I have to say — whoever made the call to honor the Honorable Mention winners during the awards dinner absolutely rocked my world. I didn’t expect it, and it made the experience even more memorable. The pilots were exceptional, and the panels were packed with thoughtful, actionable gems about the industry. And I should mention—Greenport is a lovely town. The Sound View hotel, where the festival takes place, sits right on the water and sets the perfect vibe for a low-key but industry-loaded event. Kudos to everyone involved. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

FilmFreeway reviews are filmmaker opinions, not our score. Cross-check red flags before paying fees.
Live web research is off to control API cost. This shows cached scheduled research when available, plus analysis from our database.
Hard research (cheap model + thorough prompt) runs on a cron for suspicious festivals; a biweekly job refreshes others. No live API calls from the site.
Scores are calculated from structural indicators: accreditations, physical screenings, award category count, submission frequency, and acceptance rate. Higher scores reflect more verifiable legitimacy signals.
