Overview
Pebbles Underground Film and Video Art Festival is an independent, Canada-based festival that highlights experimental, avant-garde, underground, and no-to-low-budget moving-image work from artists around the world. It is notable for its openness to hybrid and nontraditional forms, including experimental documentaries, essay films, screendance, video art, animation, interactive projects, and other uncategorizable works, and for its emphasis on formal risk outside the mainstream festival circuit.

Live web research is off to control API cost. This shows cached scheduled research when available, plus analysis from our database.
Hard research (cheap model + thorough prompt) runs on a cron for suspicious festivals; a biweekly job refreshes others. No live API calls from the site.
