Overview
The Scrittura e Immagine Short Film Festival is an international short film festival held in Pescara and promoted by the Associazione Culturale Ennio Flaiano with the Premi Internazionali Flaiano.[1][2] It is notable for its long-running role in Italy’s short-film circuit and for offering multiple competitive sections, including fiction, animation, works tied to Abruzzo, environmental themes, and school productions.[1][2][6] The festival screens short films and documentaries, typically recent works, and serves as a recurring showcase for emerging and established filmmakers in a curated, competitive setting.[1][2][6]

Research
Live web research is off to control API cost. This shows cached scheduled research when available, plus analysis from our database.
Hard research (cheap model + thorough prompt) runs on a cron for suspicious festivals; a biweekly job refreshes others. No live API calls from the site.
