The 12th edition of TICFF is scheduled from late March to early April 2026 in Taipei. We are calling for entries with a cash prize of US$24,500 in total for extraordinary productions of dramas, animations, and TV/web series. Submissions to the competition will also be considered as candidates for our official selection. As the oldest and biggest children’s film festival in Taiwan, TICFF has established a reputation in film selection. Many films screened in TICFF later got invited by other children’s festivals in Taiwan, or approached by Taiwanese distributors and educators. So this could be a great opportunity for your films to get exposure in Taiwan!

I enjoyed in this festival. This year I was participate with my film Junu Ko Jutta (The Shoes of a Little Girl)
Where to begin !! This is a must go for all children content. I was able to meet local and international producers and directors. Great venue, great staff, great food !!

Great communication! Always a pleasure :-)
Best planning and execution, the film got so much warmth. And to top it all my film Pukam Pukai won the best Dramatic feature. Even if it hadn’t won, the festival got free and fair selections without any lobbying and every film was seen and evaluated , even when they received over 1400 entries.
FilmFreeway reviews are filmmaker opinions, not our score. Cross-check red flags before paying fees.
Live web research is off to control API cost. This shows cached scheduled research when available, plus analysis from our database.
Hard research (cheap model + thorough prompt) runs on a cron for suspicious festivals; a biweekly job refreshes others. No live API calls from the site.
Scores are calculated from structural indicators: accreditations, physical screenings, award category count, submission frequency, and acceptance rate. Higher scores reflect more verifiable legitimacy signals.
No community reviews yet. If you submitted here, your experience helps others avoid award mills.
