Overview
The Vagrant Film Festival is a small, non-commercial film event associated with the 'Vagrant CinemaVan' concept, a nomadic film-club project that presents independent cinema through traveling screenings and related activities. It is notable for its underground, community-driven character and for emphasizing free-expression themes such as peace, love, ecology, and personal freedom, with a focus on very short, visually strong films and improvisational screening formats.[5][9]

Live web research is off to control API cost. This shows cached scheduled research when available, plus analysis from our database.
Hard research (cheap model + thorough prompt) runs on a cron for suspicious festivals; a biweekly job refreshes others. No live API calls from the site.
