Overview

The Vision Film Festival is an International Event that takes place every year in Rome with the usual aim of promoting Quality Short Films and giving visibility to their Talents, offering the Public Screenings on the Big Screen of the Selected Works and encouraging Networking. Over the years, the Vision Film Festival has gained a reputation for the quality of its Selected Works, attracting Film Enthusiasts, Journalists, Critics, and Professionals of the Audiovisual and Film Industries, to the point of becoming an unmissable and increasingly popular Event. The Vision Film Festival was founded in 2014 by Fabrizio Fazio, who has always managed its organization. The organization places great importance on the Quality of Screenings, Accurate Communications, and Transparency. TRANSPARENCY: the Festival's Official Website lists all the Works in the Official Selection from All Past Editions and contains Detailed Information on the Rules and how to participate in the Event. Those unable to attend the Event to perform their Short Film will receive a Video demonstrating the Screening in front of the Festival Audience. The 14th Edition of the Vision Film Festival, which will take place in Rome on February 26 and 27, 2027, is open to National and International Short Films under 30 minutes in length, which can be submitted into 6 Categories: COMEDY: Light and Ironic Themes to entertain and make you smile; DRAMA: Classic Drama genre, touching works that excite; SUSPENSE: Thriller, Sci-Fi, Action and suspenseful works; SOCIAL: Social Theme that raises awareness and makes people reflect; DOCUMENTARY: Documentaries and Docufiction of any genre and theme; ANIMATION: Animations of any type, genre and theme.
