Overview
Bubble Buddies Bay SplashFest! is a new, multi-country children’s film and arts event centered on World Ocean Day, connecting the United Kingdom with Greece, Italy, and Germany through live festival programming. It is notable for its ocean-and-environment theme, family focus, and blend of films with art, music, science, storytelling, and workshops rather than as a traditional standalone cinema festival.[1][2][3]

Research
Live web research is off to control API cost. This shows cached scheduled research when available, plus analysis from our database.
Hard research (cheap model + thorough prompt) runs on a cron for suspicious festivals; a biweekly job refreshes others. No live API calls from the site.
