Overview
The Cairo Montenotte Music & Film Festival is a local festival associated with Cairo Montenotte and nearby Plodio in Liguria, with screenings linked to the Teatro Osvaldo Chebello and a broader international film-event format. Available listings describe it as an emerging showcase for short films from around the world, with categories spanning fiction, documentary, animation, fantasy, horror, experimental work, and music videos. It is notable for combining screenings with networking and youth/student participation, giving it a community-focused role rather than the profile of a major established A-list festival.

Research
Live web research is off to control API cost. This shows cached scheduled research when available, plus analysis from our database.
Hard research (cheap model + thorough prompt) runs on a cron for suspicious festivals; a biweekly job refreshes others. No live API calls from the site.
