Overview
Festival des Courts - GRAND EST is a short-film festival in Sarreguemines, France, created by ICAM Productions and the Rotaract Moselle-Est to promote emerging, often self-produced short cinema from the Grand Est region.[1][2] It is notable for its strong regional identity, its screening of fiction short films under 30 minutes with some documentary and genre variety mentioned in its promotional materials, and its role as a local platform for discovering new filmmakers in the festival circuit.[1][2]
