Overview
I could not verify a film festival called "OFF Pocket" in Santarém, Brazil from the provided results. The closest match is the Festival Internacional de Cinema de Santarém, which screens fiction, documentary, animation, and experimental films and is notable as a long-running international showcase in the city of Santarém, Portugal, not Brazil.[4] If you meant a different Santarém event or a pocket-film festival in Brazil, I would need a more specific name to describe it accurately.

Research
Live web research is off to control API cost. This shows cached scheduled research when available, plus analysis from our database.
Hard research (cheap model + thorough prompt) runs on a cron for suspicious festivals; a biweekly job refreshes others. No live API calls from the site.

How scoring works
Scores are calculated from structural indicators: accreditations, physical screenings, award category count, submission frequency, and acceptance rate. Higher scores reflect more verifiable legitimacy signals.
