Overview
Script Studio® Feature Screenwriting Contest is a UK-based screenwriting competition rather than a traditional film festival, notable for connecting winning writers with agents, managers, producers, and development executives. It focuses on original feature-length screenplays across multiple genres and is positioned as a launchpad for emerging international screenwriters, with an emphasis on promoting scripts into production rather than only awarding prizes.

Research
Live web research is off to control API cost. This shows cached scheduled research when available, plus analysis from our database.
Hard research (cheap model + thorough prompt) runs on a cron for suspicious festivals; a biweekly job refreshes others. No live API calls from the site.
