Overview
TOBB NEXT Frame Film Yapım Platformu is a comprehensive development platform in Turkey that discovers, educates, and integrates young talents aged 18-45 into the film industry. It goes beyond a traditional competition by providing a six-stage development process, including a Script Lab, pitching opportunities, and production support, aiming to transform ideas into films and foster sustainable careers. The platform is significant for addressing industry gaps by connecting emerging screenwriters with producers and investors, and for offering a substantial 500,000₺ film production award.

Research
Live web research is off to control API cost. This shows cached scheduled research when available, plus analysis from our database.
Hard research (cheap model + thorough prompt) runs on a cron for suspicious festivals; a biweekly job refreshes others. No live API calls from the site.
