Worth a closer look
Tier C means thinner legitimacy/clout signals. Fine for some goals; verify venue, fees, and past editions yourself.
African Film Festival Atlanta (AFFATL) is a Georgia-based festival launched in 2020 and run by the African Film & Arts Foundation Inc. It is notable as Georgia’s first homegrown African film festival and one of the few in the Southeast dedicated exclusively to films by and about people of African descent, making it an important platform for African and Diaspora storytelling in the region.[2][3][10]
