Worth a closer look
Tier C means thinner legitimacy/clout signals. Fine for some goals; verify venue, fees, and past editions yourself.
BOSIFEST is Belgrade’s international film festival for and by people with disabilities, and it is described as the only festival of its kind in Southeast Europe.[2][13] It focuses on documentary films about the lives, rights, and work of people with disabilities, including works made by disabled filmmakers, and is noted for combining screenings with workshops, panel discussions, and other public programs.[2][12][13]

View on FilmFreewayFilmFreeway reviews are filmmaker opinions, not our score. Cross-check red flags before paying fees.
Live web research is off to control API cost. This shows cached scheduled research when available, plus analysis from our database.
Hard research (cheap model + thorough prompt) runs on a cron for suspicious festivals; a biweekly job refreshes others. No live API calls from the site.
Scores are calculated from structural indicators: accreditations, physical screenings, award category count, submission frequency, and acceptance rate. Higher scores reflect more verifiable legitimacy signals.
