El Festival Internacional de Cine de Norte de Santander (FICNOR), celebrado en Cúcuta y otras ciudades del departamento, es un encuentro audiovisual creado en 2017 para fortalecer la cultura cinematográfica en la frontera colombo-venezolana. Se ha destacado por su programación académica, sus muestras y sus espacios alternativos, y por proyectar cortometrajes, largometrajes, cine nacional e internacional, con especial énfasis en la formación y el desarrollo del cine regional.
