HIFF - HALO is a wonderful festival. I love how friendly and professional the people here are. I got more emails and communications from them thanking me for submitting, and congratulating me on winning then any other festival. I really hope to go to see the in person event and meet these truly wonderful people.

Live web research is off to control API cost. This shows cached scheduled research when available, plus analysis from our database.
Hard research (cheap model + thorough prompt) runs on a cron for suspicious festivals; a biweekly job refreshes others. No live API calls from the site.
