Overview
ISFFC is an international short film festival organized by the 1895 Film Society in Guangzhou. The festival showcases top films from renowned filmmakers worldwide while also providing a platform for emerging talent from across the globe. As always, we take pride in welcoming submissions from both China and abroad. In our inaugural international short film competition in 2019, we meticulously screened over 1000 submissions to curate a selection of 50+ films. This lineup included works from prestigious festivals such as the Cannes Film Festival, Berlin International Film Festival, Venice Film Festival, Sundance Film Festival, Toronto International Film Festival, as well as contributions from Oscar® Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, Emmy®, and Grammy® award-winning artists from various corners of the globe.
