Overview
Kinosaray - Positive Film Festival is an international Ukrainian festival of "positive cinema" based in Obyrok Art Village, now also held in Kyiv because of the full-scale Russian invasion. It is notable for its family-friendly curatorial focus on films that promote happiness, love, friendship, nature, animals, and a positive attitude to life, while still screening work from Ukraine and abroad. The festival is a recognized platform for short films and socially uplifting cinema within Ukraine’s independent film circuit.

Hard research (cheap model + thorough prompt) runs on a cron for suspicious festivals; a biweekly job refreshes others. No live API calls from the site.
