Overview
MIX COPENHAGEN LGBTQIA+ Film Festival is København’s long-running queer film festival, founded in 1986 and recognized as one of the oldest LGBTQIA+ festivals in the world and the oldest active film festival in Denmark. It showcases international LGBTQIA+ feature films, documentaries, and short films, with a focus on stories that explore gender, sexuality, visibility, and community. Its significance in the festival circuit comes from its long history, strong Nordic reputation, and role as both a major public audience event and an important meeting point for queer filmmakers and industry professionals.

Live web research is off to control API cost. This shows cached scheduled research when available, plus analysis from our database.
Hard research (cheap model + thorough prompt) runs on a cron for suspicious festivals; a biweekly job refreshes others. No live API calls from the site.
