Tier C means thinner legitimacy/clout signals. Fine for some goals; verify venue, fees, and past editions yourself.
Tartuff is Tartu, Estonia’s annual love film festival and the largest open-air film festival in the Baltics. Organized by the Black Nights Film Festival (PÖFF) since 2006, it screens films connected to love in Tartu Town Hall Square, with documentaries and other side-program events also shown at Elektriteater; the festival is notable for its free outdoor screenings and its role as a major summer event in Estonia.[1][2][3][4]

Live web research is off to control API cost. This shows cached scheduled research when available, plus analysis from our database.
Hard research (cheap model + thorough prompt) runs on a cron for suspicious festivals; a biweekly job refreshes others. No live API calls from the site.
Scores are calculated from structural indicators: accreditations, physical screenings, award category count, submission frequency, and acceptance rate. Higher scores reflect more verifiable legitimacy signals.
