Overview
The Poetic Phonotheque is a Copenhagen-based nonprofit archive and festival platform dedicated to preserving and presenting contemporary poetry through voice, film, and print. In København N, it is best known for its annual poetry-film programming, which has become a niche international showcase for works that blur cinema, literature, and visual art, especially around nature, environment, and cultural identity. Its significance in the film festival circuit lies in giving sustained visibility to poetry films and related experimental forms, while also functioning as an archive that adds selected works to its collection.

Live web research is off to control API cost. This shows cached scheduled research when available, plus analysis from our database.
Hard research (cheap model + thorough prompt) runs on a cron for suspicious festivals; a biweekly job refreshes others. No live API calls from the site.
